Prototype Video 1

For concept and idea, Sam had created this prototype to figure out how the scene would look like and how the layering would work out in the Ue4. In this video you can see how the art work is flat against the invisible back wall to hold the image in place. There will be a video being uploaded to show how the image is cut in to several layers to make it 3 dimensional and give more depth when the gamer is playing the game from a front facing camera.

Behind The Scenes
Prototype. Behind The Scene (fig.1)

In this image Sam has placed these invisible blocks so that the character would have limits of how far the gamer can explore the environment and to give different layers height so, when the player is playing the game it would look like that the character is going further into the distance and getting smaller but, in actual fact the character has not gone far it’s an illusion of the fixed camera and the character just moving a it further into the distance with the aid of the invisible blocks.

For the Prototype and getting the grasp of how to create this game, Sam used an image from google to help him out with his methods and development.
