My tutor had told me to research on animatic animation that uses PowerPoint to create these simple animation using drawing and displaying how the storyboard would work. I have found 4 videos that shows how PowerPoint is used to make these storyboard and how the story would be told/ visually narrated.

 

I was quite surprised to see the “Gorillaz” used this technique to illustrate what their music video would look like and how the characters would act out in the video. This is a great skill to use for my sketches that I have done so I know how the film be played out and what will my storyboard will look like.

This is a very good video of “Sponge Bob Square Pants”, showing the animatic and the refined animation and how the animatic shows how the creator would have used the animatic animation in-order to make the final piece.
