Even though the obs capture failed what I was told is to bring the camera forward in Ue4 and capture a close up video to use as fading in Aftereffects when the scene would transition from one to the other. I would have a smother transition with any pause or a black back ground coming through and to use the video as a side panel for some of the scene that have a black side border so that the scene is completely fills the screen.

Unfortunately I cant find the Aftereffect project that shows me merging the fading video, sound and the final video recording that was produced on the software. I will only be able to show the end product that I have made.
