I have used secondary and primary images to do my sketches off. I have try to stylize them and be influenced by Seerlight channel animation and the art form. I will be doing a blog and talking about that channel and doing my research on it.

I have used the photos that I took of my cooking and this is the first sketch I have done. It’s a straight up drawing of what I could see in the photograph. I have not really thought about how to stylize this sketch and I will come back to it, to give a bit more character to this drawing.

Now this drawing is from a secondary image and it’s a dish made out of potatoes and aubergine that are stuffed with spices and coriander. I have thought how to show off the sauce that the vegetable are laying in, so I went for these wispy swirls to imitate that. I very much like that idea and i will have to hone into it further in my sketches. I also need to think about composition and how I can draw these in different layout.

These peppers are stuffed with spiced up gram flour. This time I have thought about the composition and the layout of the drawing also keeping in mind how to stylize this drawing because when you see anime or any concept artist, they have a specific style and I guess I am doing the same.
