In the next few blogs I will be blogging my final drawings of my work. The work will have the cuisines name and the list of ingredients and a bit of information about when the cuisine might be eaten and what time of the day as well.

Kala-chana and potatoes with rice is something that is typically eaten during the lunch time, because of the kala-chana to be high in protein and you have two sets of carbs it is a wholesome meal that can energies the body for the rest of the day till dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled Kala-chana
- 1 cup Potatoes
- 1 cup Tomato
- 1 1/2 cup Onions
- 2 Chilies
- 1 TBS Ginger paste
- 1 TBS Garlic paste
Spices
- 1/2 TBS chilly powder
- 1/2 tps turmeric powder
- 1 TBS Coriander powder
- 1 1/2 TBS Chana masala powder
- Salt to taste
Tempering
- 1 1/2 tsp mustered seeds
- 1 dry chilly
- 4-5 Fresh Curry leaves
- 1 tps Asafoetida
- 1-2 Cloves
- 1 Small stick of cinnamon
