
Stuffed chilly peppers can be eaten in the day or night. This dish is a bit like a side dish that you would have with another dish, for example the stuffed aubergine and potatoes. You would have the stuffed peppers with chapati and a drink which made out of yogurt and water with a pinch of salt and coriander. This drink is to cool down your digestive system and not get bad acid-reflex because of the peppers.

- 1/2 cup Besan Flour
- 1 TBS Chilly Powder
- 1 TBS Coriander Powder
- 1/2 TBS Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
Tempering
- 2-3 TBS Oil
- 1/2 TBS Mustered seeds
