Mood Boardss

In the west we love to have a great BBQ and there is nothing better then eating smoked food on a hot weather with an alcoholic beverage or non-alcoholic, but the food always tastes great when it’s cooked on an open flame. In the same way there is a dish called ‘Oro’, where the aubergines are cooked on a grill so you can char the skin while smearing the skin with oil as it cooks. I also like to grill my tomatoes for the added smoke taste, some Gujarati’s wouldn’t grill the tomatoes, but everyone has their way of cooking and being their own chef.
