To edit it this image it would laborious because of the individual daal spilling out of the ladle.

same process I broke down the image into several layers so all the individual spills can be animated.

I broke down the image into 3 layers first, then the 3rd layer was just the oil spill where i cut the shape out and copied and pasted it so it became into its separate layer. This makes it easy to be its own layers so when it came to animating it I can make that individual layer move on it’s own, without not moving the rest.

I placed all the layers in there respectable place so that when its imported into to after-effects it will be imported exactly the way it was placed in Photoshop.
